Saddens me...

To see that my last song... which wasnt half finished was blammed just like that... All 0's... Sometime's if someone has a really annoying sound i guess its good to blam cuz its just straight annoying but if someone has a really good melody.... and spent alot of time on it your just gonna blam it? What if it was his first song? You gonna ruin him.... make him stop making music, he wont have friends and all you care about is your god damn score of a song? Man.... give him a 4 or 3 if he atleast tried.... its sad that everybody here on NG takes no time to review... no time to listen.... Open your eyes... Open your ears.... read some of the comments people put down... it makes no sense for you to just blams someone stuff so yours can get a higher score or a better review... Nice job NG we've probably lost people with alot of talent due to your incompitence of not actually listening and reading... Leave a review... let them know what was wrong... let them know what to imrpoove on... Give them a decent score and a couple stars... Is that really too much to ask? Does that really take too much time to do?

I hear ya, seriously.....the NG audio portal sucks, and if you're a serious artist, then dont just stop cuz NG is gay about audio.....keep going somewhere else. The problem with the audio portal is that there's nothing there to attract ppl to it, so you only get the opinions of a few ppl, many of which rly dont care, they'll just blam anything cuz they can.....maybe if we had audio awards or something, then more ppl could get involved, but as of now, the audio portal is just a waste of time, so dont take their opinion too seriously.....

I realise this mayne but its just a hassle to try and show people a demo and have it blammed so u wanna give up on it cuz your stuck... no one gives u ideas or nothin they just go "FUCK THIS SUX BLAM BLAM BLAM HEY EVERYONE BLAM THIS SONG CUZ IT SUCKS" Its not really all that nessicary to do that... i realize im not a serious artist and all i dont spend all my time on making music but i think i spend enough time on a song to get a decent score... the only way you ever have a good score is if you get good friends that can back your song up day after day otherwise it gets blammed everyday by the same people because they want there audio higer and everything... idk im just pissed right now this is rediculous... Anywayz thanks for comment i appreciate it

Dude... I totally agree with you. I've actually put time into my songs, although they sound no good compared to yours, just the style I have. As for me... I'm one of those people who will take the time to listen to the songs. I've actually added someone to my list to give him some insight into music making. I applaud him for trying, which makes people feel good and wanna keep making more. Sadly, I've taken a break on making music. I just feel saddened by the people who do this Audio Portal. Maybe it was great a long while ago and people didn't bullshit your songs. It's kinda weird, cause now... I don't have much enthusiasm to make music, but doesn't stop me from thinking of melodies or whatever. I think the main problem we have here on the Audio Portal is we try to go by their standards, which we shouldn't have to do. And with a lower score... no one ever gets the chance to hear your songs. And to be honest, you've got talent. No bias in that. I truly enjoy listening to your music. It's got style, although different than what I like listening to. Even for me... I'll listen to songs from genres I basically despise, but have second thoughts when actually listening to them. Definitely with you on this one man... I've taken some of my songs down. Really no point in leaving them up there. And I've given myself a second chance with some changes in some songs, but it just doesn't budge anyone's interest or thoughts. Keep it up though! Yeah its just rediculous... the whole portal is filled with people who just blam, If newgrounds ever reads this please limit blamming to 3 0's a day, stop people from doing this, its pointless and people who have real talent never get a chance to hear anything good... idk man my ranting and raving is done for now. Im gonna come out with 1 last song and its gonna determine weather i stay or leave. Its going to be either my goodbye song or my Im back song.... Depending on the votes and reviews we'll see if this portal can actually change.
